Huawei's latest mid-range phone for India runs on top of Android Erao software with EMUI 8. EMUI is a very heavy skin, which means that you will not get stock Android experience here, but you will get some Huawei-specific features like ultra-battery saving mode.

On the other hand, Nokia 6.1 Plus is an Android One device that ships with Oreo but it has been updated to Android pi.

This is one of the Android Purists who are looking for lightweight, bloat-free Android OS. Huawei has not confirmed the pie update for Y9 (2019). Nokia 6.1 Plus now on Pie, it means that it offers features such as adaptive batteries, adaptive brightness, new gesture navigation and digital welling.
